Steve, co-founder and managing member of Turner, Leins & Gold, LLC has over 20 years experience in accounting and taxation. Steve is responsible for overall quality control, management practice, and practice development. Prior to founding the company, he acquired extensive experience in both private industry and public accounting. His private experience has included controller of a multi-million dollar construction contractor and supervisor of a cost accounting section for a large insurance carrier. In public accounting, Steve has a broad range of experience in all aspects of accounting and taxation.

He also currently serves as a member of a local bank's Advisory Board. Steve earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from George Mason University.
Isabel Quintela, CPA
Isabel is the Audit Partner at the firm and is also responsible for staff coordination, professional development, and small business services. Prior to joining the firm in 1998, she served as controller for a local construction contractor. Since joining the firm, Isabel has earned extensive experience in accounting and taxation.

Andrew Schell, EA
Drew joined Turner, Leins & Gold in January 2000 and is
a tax partner in the firm’s Vienna office.
He oversees the tax department and both reviews and prepares tax returns
for individuals, corporations, non-profits, estates, and trusts. He also provides consulting and tax planning
for both individuals and entities and represents clients on their behalf with
the IRS and states on audits and received notices. He is a graduate of Radford University and in
his free time enjoys playing golf and watching his sons play lacrosse and
basketball.
Geoffrey T. Gotliffe, CPA
Geoff is a tax partner and has over 10 years’ experience in public accounting. Geoff provides tax planning
and preparation services, financial statement reporting, audit and attestation
services, and consulting to individuals and business clients in a diverse range
of industries, including professional service firms, retail stores, real
estate, and not-for-profit organizations.
Geoff is a member of the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Virginia Society of Certified
Public Accountants. Geoff earned his bachelor’s degrees in both accounting and
finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and is a Certified
Public Accountant in the State of Virginia.
Rosemary McMahon, EA, CPA
Rosemary has worked in the field of accounting, both public and private, for over 40 years. Her private accounting experience includes comptroller of two real estate investment firms in Arizona and California. In the past, she has additionally held licenses in real estate and securities. She is a federally licensed Enrolled Agent and a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Virginia. She is also a Fellow of the National Tax Practice Institute. From 1999 to 2016, Rosemary owned and operated a full-service accounting firm in Fairfax and Vienna. She has an extensive background in tax preparation and representation. Her volunteer positions have included treasurer of PTAs, Officers Wives Clubs, and Homeowners Associations.
Courtney Adam, EA
Courtney is an Enrolled Agent with over 15 years experience in income tax preparation. She is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents and the Virginia Society of Enrolled Agents. Courtney received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina and is studying to become a Certified Financial Planner at the University of Virginia. In her spare time, Courtney plays tennis and travels to wherever her children happen to be.
Jon Lawhorne
Jon earned his MBA and Bachelor of Science in Finance from Radford University. Upon graduation, Jon joined TL&G as a staff accountant in 2012. Since joining the firm, Jon has performed and assisted in the completion of a variety of tasks. Jon regularly prepares individual and corporate tax returns for small businesses as well as audits, review, and compilations for Homeowners Associations and non-public companies.
Dominic Da Cruz
Dominic is a tax and audit accountant and started
working at Turner, Leins & Gold LLC in August 2022. He graduated with
an accounting degree from Radford University in 2011. Dominic’s previous job
experience includes realtor, property management accountant, and government
contractor for the Department of Transportation. Prior to arriving at Turner,
Leins & Gold LLC, he was a quality assurance and data analyst for the
Criminal Investigation Division in the US Army. In his spare time, he enjoys
spending time with family and friends, exercising, watching and playing sports,
and traveling.
Heather Frame
Since joining the firm, Heather has been instrumental in broadening the firm's reach into the local business community. She is a skilled bookkeeper and processes payroll for a number of small businesses. Heather also regularly prepares individual and small business returns.
Irene Brodowicz
After working in the congressional offices of two members of the tax-writing House Ways and Means Committee, followed by employment as an executive assistant in government relations offices, Irene moved into tax preparation. Irene's work primarily involves assisting clients in registering for payroll tax accounts, preparation of payrolls and payroll tax returns, and bookkeeping.
Marilyn Greene
Marilyn graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Languages from Georgetown University and worked for the World Bank for five years, traveling to Africa several times as an accounting assistant. On return to the workforce after raising a family, she obtained her bookkeeping certificate and subsequently worked with a number of small businesses over the next several years, acquiring extensive experience in QuickBooks. Marilyn then shifted her focus to business and individual tax preparation and Homeowners Associations audits. Marilyn also volunteers with the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program (VITA) and never gets in the car without an audiobook plugged in.
Michael Kerr
Michael earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Alabama in the spring of 2016. That summer, he joined the TL&G team as a staff accountant and has been conducting audits and corporate tax returns for Homeowners Associations ever since. In his free time, Michael enjoys watching Alabama football and exploring all that the Washington, DC Metro area has to offer.
David G. Lewis

with existing clients while also working
with new prospective clients. He also
is a licensed insurance agent and a
licensed Registered Representative. Customer service is
his specialty, and he works towards
building relationships throughout the Washington
DC Metropolitan area. David also works
with homeowners’ and condominium associations and
is an active member of the
Metropolitan Washington Chapter Community Association
Institute serving on several committees. David
is also active in his local chamber of
commerce and other civic organizations.
